Shipping policy

At Sober & Co., we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries and what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are dispatched within 3 business days, subject to verification and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Orders on offer: Orders placed on offer can take upto 14-20 days to be dispatched as the brand has to handle high volumes of order. However, we will try and dispatch all order as soon as possible. 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been  dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and location.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

In such cases, customers cannot hold Sober & Co. responsible for the delay, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
